Every once in awhile I come across some bullshit that’s really, really hard to swallow. This is one of those times. Apparently, these jackasses think a hurricane was sent to wipe out all the sinful people of New Orleans. Now, I don’t really get too worked up about this kind of stuff because it’s just too ridiculous to even consider. As a matter of fact, it’s just downright funny (and sad) to think people publish this kind of garbage. Maybe I’m missing something, is this supposed to be on The Onion?
“We must help and pray for those ravaged by this disaster, but let us not forget that the citizens of New Orleans tolerated and welcomed the wickedness in their city for so long,” Marcavage said. “May this act of God cause us all to think about what we tolerate in our city limits, and bring us trembling before the throne of Almighty God,” Marcavage concluded.”[God] sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.”
